any solution yet? I cannot find the other sprite to trade in the union room too.

I tried the union room using Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2, still no sprite.

I use default settings, so no external firmware and bios files. it's odd indeed.
It works for me in Pokemon Soulsilver, Heartgold and Platinum union room.
