I am still fairly new to emulating so please bear with me. I started playing Pokémon White after over a decade. Nostalgia and all of that. I am using 0.9.5.

I have 4 badges so far. I arrived in Driftveil City, only for Clay to tell me to find Team Plasma members so I go west to Route 6.

I save somewhere. After the save was complete, I could no longer move. My game froze. I restart melonDS, load the game, the current season appears (Autumn) and it doesn't fully load and then freezes. See image below:

Some context:

I did two have cheats on at some point.

I gave myself 900 of every single healing item (Potions, Super Potions, Rare Candies, Proteins, etc.) and 900 of every single "normal" item (held items, evolution items, etc.) This did cause a glitch where items were in an inappropriate category. (i.e. Burn Heals were in the TMs & HMs case)

I intermittently used walk-through-walls cheat.

Some things I've tried:

I started with C-Gear off.

I used PKHeX to correct my inventories. (it got rid of Burn Heals that were in my TMs/HMs case, it got rid of the Liberty Pass in the regular bag, etc.) I also reduced all my items to 100 instead of 900.

I tried other emulators (DeSmuME also froze. No$GBA was a joke to work with) to no avail.

I am still freezing.

Am I SOL? Do I need to start over again? Or is there anything else I can do at this point?
