> check if it's calling that folder + file (maybe you forgot to set the folder to the correct place)
> Check File format
>>FAT32 is a good one :)

Also check bios version release date + game date.
Sometimes it's just a case of updating how the programs reads things that are way beyond it's capabilities :)

so this archive may help ya solving this:
https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3969/~/how-to-use-ds-download-play

Basically the game may not work because the emulator isn't actually on-line, and some games may require it being connected to wifi....
idk but seems like trying a LAN option would be better.
I used a multiGBA emulator to use pokelab in the past it's kinda fun since I can play with google play.

Technically it's like:
> Hey lemme download this
> We need to connect to server
> * server is offline *
> you can't download since it's not machine to machine. It's Machine server Machine.

... idk looking at the Melon code for the inputs.... it looks like it's Melon.

:(

EDIT: also driver seems good, at least from my understanding. <3
EDIT 2: oh by the way if you are using third party mapping software try disabling it and trying again, maybe it's conflicting with one already being used, guessing from that 0x0...005 in the events panel.
