I've installed the emulator, I've downloaded a ".nds" file for phoenix wright ace attorney, it says something about an arm9 bios thing that I need and i don't know what that is. Any help would be appreciated.

You must have the NDS Bios, ,and put them in a folder where the emulator is, and then in the emulator you choose the directory where the DS bios are located and that's it the game should work.

idk what any of that means

No need to shout. A directory is better known as a folder. For example, My Documents is a directory.

As for BIOS, it's the file that allows a computer or games console to boot up.

thx so much :)
