I'm pretty sure the only thing this would do is emulate crashes. I just want it because it'd be useful for romhack developement. Have had a few instances of SM64DS mods working on emulators but crashing on DS.

But it is done, it just doesn't have the feature you want. If you want that feature, you can make an issue on github requesting it, or something.

The DSi TOS, and there's no issue. I could not really care less about either the DSi or the Sudomemo TOS, but you seemed to care, so I pointed it out. Apparently you don't, though, so that's alright.

Well, makes sense the Chinese would ask for these kinds of resources more. They barely even had the DS over there. The ique DS had six games and I don't think it sold very well, so it'd be pretty difficult to dump these files yourself.

Do you mean for the Switch version? I have no idea what a "first party" controller would be on a PC. Maybe an Xbox controller if you use Windows?

You mean FMV? As far as I know, video players on the DS are all done in software. 'd be quite difficult to make a dumper that'd work for all cases. Plus, you mention texture dumping and replacement being possible, but melonDS doesn't even have support for that yet.

fmv isn't a file fomat, it's just any full motion video. if they say it's possible though, I guess it might be.

Are the results different using versions older than 0.9? I personally encountered a bit of a regression at that version.

I believe DeSmuME has options to enhance the audio which are less accurate to the DS. Given that one of melonDS's goals is accuracy, it doesn't have any such thing. It might be nice to have them as options, like with the high res rendering options.

well the blurry edges in melonDS are just because you have screen filtering turned on.
