So I installed melonDS on my Acer Chromebook 514 through Flatpak on the Linux Penguin terminal, but if I try to open a ROM, or even click on any options, it just closes the app. help? |

In order to properly understand the issue, we'd need to have a little bit more information. Are you able to launch the emulator from a terminal? If so, please provide the debug logs outputted to the terminal window as a text file. It will hopefully tell us just what failed on your system and hopefully find a solution. In the mean time, I believe ChromeOS does support a version of RetroArch, you may be able to run MelonDS through that.

here's the debug logs
stuff.txt I'm pretty sure its something with the xdg-portal-whatever. probably nothing below the error is useful, but who cares I put it there anyway. |
