Last year, I made the board automatically deactivate inactive accounts, as a way to curtail the spam we were getting.
However, it has been apparent that dealing with people asking for their account to be reactivated has given us more work than dealing with the spam in the first place. Therefore, I decided to roll this back. All the accounts are back to being active, and won't get deactivated again. However, if events warrant, I might reinstate a more lax version of this.
