Next, I'm trying to play online with the LAN option using two computers connected to the same Wi-Fi. For some reason, the first time I tried, it worked. I hosted one computer, and when I clicked Join Game on the other, it even appeared to connect directly. I was even able to play Black & White 2 with both computers. But then the next few times it simply didn't appear to connect even though I was hosting. I even tried using the direct IP connection, and it connected, but when I try to play, it doesn't work. In the union room, it even says there's another player, but they simply don't appear to interact. I noticed that the first time the Wi-Fi bar appeared full within the game, but the next time it appears that the Wi-Fi is missing any bars.

I think it's because wifi has rather unpredictable latency and it can be too much for DS multiplayer

and do you know any way to solve this? Maybe if I change the finware? Is there any setting that can solve it? Anything

if possible, try a wired network, even something like an ethernet cable between the two machines

I've personally had the best result doing this by having both systems connected to the same AP over Ethernet. I've tried over Wi-Fi, but the connection over Wi-Fi is Spotty at best and non-existant at worst.

I understand, so I think that in the current version it will be kind of impossible for me to play the way I was planning, which would be with a VPN and me hosting for my friends to connect, each one in their own house

Forgive the delay in this question, but what games are you intending to play?
If you intend to play Mario Kart DS, perhaps you could just use Wiimmfi, or WiiLink Wi-Fi Connection,
And for many of the Pokemon titles, you could use The Pokemon Classic Network.

Guides for setting up either of which are aplenty online.

Of course, this is not the same as local multiplayer, but with the friend code feature most games on the DS family of system supports, you could ensure it is exclusively your friend that gets to join your online rooms.

I'm trying to play a Pokemon White 2 hackrom, and I've even tried this method you mentioned, but for some reason even when I use a normal version of White 2 (since I think the friend code method wouldn't work because it's a hackrom) it doesn't work either. I put the finware, configure the network options correctly within the game, using the PokeClassic DNS and it still doesn't work, like I enter the wifi club, I can see my friend there but when we put it to battle it keeps loading until it fails. I don't know what else to do, maybe I'm doing something stupid but I don't know.

It seems you are facing a similar issue someone else had before.

In this thread, smoneone mentioned running into symptoms that match your description. They also mentioned that The Generation 5 of Pokemon Games (B/W/B2/W2) are mostly broken to them.

This bothers me, as I very recently had a battle on White 2 version with my friend Funky Kong Hack Fan, who was playing Black Version, And we were able to finish that battle.

Granted, I played this battle on my N2DSXL, and he was on Emulator. I'm sure me being on Actual hardware did help the case somewhat. Regardless, It worked for me in the past, and I'm not entirely sure.

However, in this thread, KaeruWFC is also mentioned. I remember Funky mentioning KaeruWFC By name when going over setting up the connection. Perhaps this may resolve this issue?

The DNS1 for KaeruWFC is
178.62.43.212
I recommend setting DNS2 to
8.8.8.8
(Google's DNS) as this has been the most reliable for me in playing DS games online after NintendoWFC's Shutdown.
