terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'

Annullato (core dump creato)

This is the last output for the emulator when a ROM is placed on a mounted FTP server with GVfs.

Loading ROMs from other media of course just works, but something breaks when attempting to run from the FTP server.

Why exactly would you need to run a ROM from a FTP server? Can't you just, like, download It from there?
Also, Is your melonDS up to date?
And are you sure you didn't leak an IP address on that? Because i can see one.

it is a local IP address (starting with 192.168) so there is no danger.

It is hard to say where the bad alloc comes from (whether it is from melonDS or maybe the FTP driver). If you can maybe try compiling a debug build of melonDS and then run it with gdb to get a stack trace?
