The recent influx of people registering and never doing anything prompted me to do this, especially since some old inactive users have started coming back to post spam links, and we don't know how deep the rabbit hole goes.

Users who show no activity after a certain amount of time, and have little to no posts, will be automatically deactivated.

If your account has been deactivated, you can contact the staff via private messages to have it reactivated.

I also made a few changes to the PM system:

* If you are deactivated (or banned), you may only message staff members.

* It is now possible to leave a PM conversation at all times, even if you are blocked from sending PMs.

Hmph. I've seen inactive users get their accounts reactivated just to stop doing anything again. Does the account get deactivated again?
And, could this be a case of password guessing?
