Any chance people who have successfully ran Dragon Quest 9 emulators on Coop can share their emulator setting with me? I can run with 2 people no problem but once i add a 3rd player to mulitplayer my fps tanks to 42-47 for us. I dont think its my computer because i can run 4 instances of melon ds no problem at 60 fps. Any help would be appreciated. Im using Open Gl for video settings and have enabled JIT recompiler and all its goodies. I found this helped for 2 player coop to run at 60 FPS. But like i said it tanks to 42-47 with 3 players and can't find a workaround. It doesn't let me edit the melon ds 2,3 settings and i cant figure that out. They are greyed out when i go to adjust them. Any help people have would be apprenticed.

sorry, but it sounds like there isn't really anything you can do, your computer is just too slow.

Ok i should of stated that we can play just fine at 60 fps when were not all multiplayering together and in our own worlds via parsec. Its only after all three of us coop in the same world do we experience the slowdown. But perhaps mabey it is just my computer? But if that was so i don't see how we can play in separate instances just fine at smooth 60 fps and its only when we connect via multiplayer it goes less smoothly.

multiplayer is more demanding, because there is synchronisation going on between the melonDS instances.

We are currently moving torwards be eable to run multiple melonDS instances in a single process, which should probably decrease this overhead. But we won't ever be eable to get rid of it entirely.
