To start things off, I use an O3DS and my partner is trying to use MelonDS.
So I'll get straight to the point. We finished setting up my partner's MelonDS and tried to play some Mario Kart DS together (We also did the whole Erase Nintendo WFC Settings before we set up the Wi-Fi). We add each other's friendcodes and try finding a match using "Friends", though we can't seen to find each other. I found a few YouTube videos that seem to make this work so I thought we just messed up the entire set-up. We delete our friend code, Erase Nintendo WFC Settings, and set up her Wi-Fi again but instead of using Wiimmfi DNS this rime, we tried using Kaeru WFC DNS. We added our friend codes again and tried finding a match, and it still didn't work so here I am asking for help. I'm not sure if this info is important, but we live in different countries but same region. We can also confirm that online play DOES work since we were able to find matches in Worldwide, but it never matches us up. Any kind of help will be appreciated, thank you! |
