exactly what the title says, i am trying to find out how to connect a ds through desume or this emulator to use pokemon farm or battle revoloution to battle using 2 dses similar to XD or Colluseum using mGBA, i wonder if someone could find a way to connect the 2 emulators together?

This is not possible... yet
You can use pkhex to copy pokemon to the save files
