Just wondering how I can trade with myself on Pokemon W2 via multiple instances on v. 0.9.5.

I've been trying for a bit and can't figure it out.

Haven't edited any main settings except for video.

Any help appreciated!

Click System>Multiplayer>Launch new instance. This launches a second malonDS instance where you can open another Pokemon gen5 game so you can trade with it through the union room.

Sorry for not being specific enough, I already tried that but when I enter the union room, it shows on the message board both players joining, but I can't find the other instance inside the union room in order to trade

You cannot trade with the same save file, you need a different save file in the other instance

I tried the union room using Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2, still no sprite.

Are you using external firmware and bios files? Try disabling them
if not, then dunno

I use default settings, so no external firmware and bios files. it's odd indeed.
It works for me in Pokemon Soulsilver, Heartgold and Platinum union room.
