Ever since I used a BWtool to modify my BW1 save file so I can set up Unova Link on BW2, MelonDS hasn't ever responded every time i try to open it. The issue is that as soon as melonDS opens the file for roms, it freezes and then it says "MelonDS Emulator is not responding". This has happened for a while now, what should I do to fix it? By the way I'm using MelonDS 0.9.4, and I tried using other file openers and they work fine, it's just when I press Ctrl+O it crashes the emulator.

from my testing and experience ctrl+o is buggy , half the time it opens the rom and half the time it doesnt , no matter if i hack my roms or not
