I downloaded the bios from *redacted* and give the emulator the correct files, but when i try to boot in DSI mode it says it can't find the nand even though it's literally right fucking there.

I'm using 9.2 btw, here's some images that show my dilemma: https://imgur.com/a/PYMCShE

Also literally none of my settings (emu settings, input and hotkeys, video settings etc) does not want to save. Like when i restart the application after setting them up my settings won't save. I thought melonDS was supposed to generate a .ini file containing all your saved settings?

what's the full path to melonDS? maybe it's not getting permission to access the directory it's in.

Yep, you probably put melonDS in Program Files or another UAC protected directory.
(also calm down)

Yeah i just realized i placed it in Program Files, i forgot that was uac protected. It works now. But it also doesn't make sense because some emulators (eg Kega Fusion) don't have this problem.

Their settings probably go into %appdata% or some other directory.
