Good afternoon,
I have been using melonDS for some time now and have just started using the fast-forward option. However, I have a problem with it: the default fast-forward speed is too slow for my liking, and the fast-forward speed with JIT enabled is too fast for my liking too. I have tried playing a bit with the JIT values but that hasn't changed the fast forward speed of my game. So, is there any way to decrease or increase the fast-forward speed in melonDS? Thanks in advance! x) |

Decrease? Yeah, that'd be a pretty useful option to have.
Increase? Not really possible. Fast forward makes the game go as fast as your PC can run it. If it's too slow, that's because your PC can't run the game fast enough. They could do something like DeSmuME's fast forward which also has frameskip to allow to game to be even faster, though. Optimizations like JIT do also allow games to run faster, but that's about it. ____________________ Nothing to say, so jadnjkfmnjamnfjkldnajfnjkanfjdksan jsdnvj m. |
