Hey there,
I was wondering why melonDS needs to access the calendar and reminders in macOS, thanks in advance to anyone who answers |

dont worry it seems to be just some default value somewhere we havent changed, melonds never uses the permission to read any personal information. ____________________ Take me to your heart / never let me go! "clearly you need to mow more lawns and buy a better pc" - Hydr8gon |

Wait, Calendars? So that would involve the system clock, right? Does MelonDS correctly synchronise the DS time (as shown in the firmware) to the computer's clock? It does on Windows, but I wonder if that's the reason it asks for this permission on MacOS? |

Posted by Digifiend I don't think any permission is necessary to read the current time or date. The calendar permissions are about reading/setting appointments in the user's calendar. ____________________ Take me to your heart / never let me go!
