What about to discuss while playing games using melonDS online room?
I got inspired by the Citra rooms, the room can have 2-16 members. Don't use Discord or Irc, just create a room using password or IP adress.
What do you think about this idea?

They would be specifically for local multiplayer games since not that many people have RL friends to play with. Wifi already exists
