I need the ds bios and firmware, but I'm not willing to dump the bios from my DSi and 2DS.

Well you must use the BIOS/firmware for the emulator to work and the only legitimate way to get it is to dump it from a console, we can't help you get it otherwise.

If you dump the DS-Mode BIOS and Firmware from your DSi or 3DS, you will need to check "Boot Game Directly".
Since you have a DSi, you could also dump the DSi NAND, BIOS and Firmware to have DSi Emulation.

All you need for dumping those files from a DSi is an SD card.
