So, I got my bios/nand from my 3ds (nds mode), but when I try to boot my copy of Pokémon Platinum (which I dumped from my own cartridge) and Pokémon Soul Silver (downloaded online) I get a a white screen, nothing seems to be loaded at all.

yup, the option 'boot game directly' is checked!

What should I do?

may be a bad bios dump ... have you tried using bios found from ... elsewhere ¿

I want to use my own bios, because I wanna test online function at wiimmfi, but most of the public bios are banned from wiimmfi.
Why would it be a bad dump? How can I do a good one, then? I downloaded the dsbf_dump.nds and the dump happened in seconds.

hmm .. only thing i can think of it being a bad dump is something to do with not ds mode not having full ds functionality , please at least try using bios from elsewhere to see if the problem is just your own bios or if there is some other problem here

Well, I could run DS lite and DSi BIOS, although DSi BIOS could not open NDS Roms, only the DSi ware installed on there.

oh?that might be your issue , dsi bios can only run dsi games from what i understand , at least last time i tried
