I saw a video on how to do it but it was from 10 years ago and the guy was using no$gba but I dont have that. I did the patching station thing and didn't do anything. All im gettin is a white screen. Any way to do this in 2021 that doesn't require no$gba?

best thing you could do is just download nocashgba , patch it using that , then continue with the patched rom on melonds

For some reason it works on Desmume but not melon ds.

Try using a DS rom patcher like the delta patcher.
