Hi all. I have just started using melon DS on a Onexplayer handheld gaming PC and I have been really impressed. Everything is working really well.

I have a quick question. Apologies if I’ve missed the answer elsewhere.

When I use he touchscreen I need to press twice very quickly then the functionality is the same as a DS. Is there any way to get the functionality from a single press?

I am wondering if a stylus would help or if there are settings in melon DS I have missed or if it down to the way the Onexplayer touchscreen is set up?

I hope that makes sense!

Try with latest development builds, detection for touch events was added.

Thanks for the reply. Forgive my ignorance, where do I find the latest development builds? I’m using 0.9.2 at the moment. Thanks again!

I wrote some info in the FAQ under the header 'Latest Development Builds'

Thanks for the help. I gave it a go but it was a tad to complicated for me sadly. I created directories etc but didn’t get all the way. When the stable build is out I’m sure it will work. For now 0.9.2 is amazing.

Sorry for being a bit vague here, we get asked this question a lot. What i meant by build badges were these:

Hmm. I might have gone wrong. I installed MYSYS2 and followed some instructions from there. Is it the file under the tidbits link?

I wrote some more under in the FAQ that should hopefully make it clearer.

I’m not sure if I have messed up somehow but there doesn’t appear to be a link beneath the Artifact heading. The name of the build is there and it’s size but for me it is text rather than a link. I feel terrible to have caused fuss. The emulator is just great for me anyhow. I only post in case there should be a link and it might be helpful!!

You need a GitHub account.

So sorry I messaged earlier but then didn’t hit send properly! Yes it is. In fact it is working superbly. It is genius! It makes a massive difference to so many titles. Well done indeed.
