I guess it's uncouth that my first post is a feature request, but I have a suggestion for the emulator.
I made this video recently, where I tested using my Wacom [an art tablet] for playing DS games. I found that the biggest issue was that the stylus/mouse can move out of the bounds of the DS touch screen quite easily, which makes things fiddly and introduces a level of awkwardness I hoped to alleviate by using a Wacom. I'm not sure how many people have ever tried using art tablets for DS emulation, but I imagine that at least a few other people would get some use out of a cursor lock feature, maybe even including people who use a normal mouse for playing DS games. Thanks for all the work you devs put into MelonDS; I tried using other DS emulators in the past, and yours has by far the best performance out of all of them. |
