I'm having an issue where I've loaded up Pokemon Diamond and the game is running way too fast. It's running at a constant 140fps and the emulator framelimiter is not slowing it down. I'm also using OpenGL which allows me use RTSS to try and limit the frames down as well. I've tried to limit to 60 and 30 and still nothing. I've also tried all other graphics options including software rendering and other games. I'm not sure this has been reported before. I've searched the forums already and haven't found anybody with the same issue. Here is a picture of window showing my framelimiter on with it still running high (I've also tried with the emulator framelimiter and same thing happens).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I've just realized that if I hold down the fast forward key it slows down to proper 60fps. It only works when I use the joypad fast forward and not the keyboard. I'll do more testing.

Edit2: If I turn off the emulator's framelimiter and press the fastforward button it still slows down to 60fps.

Edit3: I've seemed to fix the problem by unbinding fastforward while in the emulator. I can't seem to replicate the problem although I am trying. I initially setup up everything (all the settings) before booting a game for the first time. I'll keep trying to find out why it was happening (and it wasn't the buttons being pressed down because I unplugged both my controller and keyboard before it fixed).

Edit4: Bug is caused by either holding fastforward while clicking on one of the menu options or clicking off the screen entirely. You can fix it by clicking the emulator and clicking the button you used to fastforward again. Pretty sure this is what caused it. Although I can't figure out why I couldn't turn it off last time (because I tried that and it didn't work).

Edit5: Well I can't seem to replicate the issue but it's fixed. It could very well have been on my end. Anyways, thanks if you've read all this.
