Simple as that. I like to share what I'm doing sometimes with my friends, and the snipping tool/printscreen don't really cut it. I also am considering doing some screenshot runs, but without a dedicated screenshot button, I can't really do that. Are there plans for a dedicated screenshot feature in the future? Thanks!

you can use Alt+PrintScreen to capture only the active window, atleast on Windows.

we might add a more convenient screenshot feature, but it's not too high on the priority list.

Why not?

it's very easy to cut out parts of the screenshot, takes a ton of time, and is very messy. everything ends up looking out of wack if you put the different screenshots together, or else has stuff other than the game around it. and what i generally do requires a good amount of screenshots, so it gets apparent pretty quick. idk if you've ever done a screenshot lp before but let me tell you it becomes apparent fast.
