Latest version of melonDS is 0.9
Drag & Drop .dsi from DSiWare Folder to melonDS window and Booting the Nintendo DSi, click Cartridge Icon to start.
get error message at black screen
at bottom screen say "An error has occurred. Press hold the Power Button to turn the system off. Please the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting."

DSiWare .dsi only work on NO$GBA, DSiWare .dsi not work on melonDS get Black Screen of Death.
DSiWare games pre-installed (e.g. Shantae, Zelda Four Swords) has DSi NAND work on melonDS.

How can add DSiWare .nds/dsi to DSi SD Card on melonDS? like NAND.

You can't right now.
You can only run them from NAND.
I would like to run dsi roms as well from file.

can't play DSiWare games (e.g. Earthworm Jim or Dr. Mario Express) on melonDS, due to Error message/Black Screen.
How edit or add DSiWare ROMS to NAND or SD Card?

The only thing we need to do, is waiting for a new MelonDS update.
