So, for emulation on 3DS, I use the latest version of TWiLight Menu ++. But I wanna play GBA games with it, so how to play GBA Games using TWiLight Menu ++?

Twilight Menu++ has GBARunner2 built in.
You just need to run the GBA ROM.

GBARunner2 is included in TWiLight Menu ++? I think Ed we need to put gba.bios LOL, thank you WaluigiWare64.
