No matter what keys I set as the start and select buttons they refuse to work, I really want to get into my bag in Pokemon, lol... This is also a problem I'm having with OpenEmu, specifically with the DS emulator so I know the problem isn't with the emulator. I'm not nearly knowledgable enough to know where to begin with troubleshooting so any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm running the program on a MacBook Pro (2015). I used to have a MacBook Pro (2012) and I never ran into this issue. It's really frustrating. Thanks for any and all help.

Oh christ I'm so stupid....

Saizo and CasualPokePlayer, thank you for your patience with such a dumb question. To everyone that saw this and just laughed, I don't blame you. I've played the DS Pokemon games probably more hours than or at least equal hours to the GBA and color ones. I guess maybe transitioning to an emulator after not playing any of them for a couple years maybe made my brain just not connect. Thanks again!
