do you use the album to enter the hbmenu? If that's the case don't. Use title injection instead. it never will be. It's Atmosphere with terrible piracy stuff patched on top and closed source. In the past they've broken things, thus me and a lot of other homebrew developers see supporting it as a waste of time (and that's just on top of the ethical stuff).

you need to uncheck direct boot and then open your Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver rom. melonDS is the only one which supports local wirelss in any form at all.

patched games shouldn't make a difference as long as the game code stays the same.
