i don't know if its just me, but i recently installed the latest MelonDS version for windows x64 (and with recently i mean an hour ago), i configured the bios and firmware, and then i tried to run some games from the DSi firmware, but it didn't had sound, i tried with the nds firmware nds a nds rom but they also had no sound.
I also have installed voicemeeter, idk if that's the problem.

Voicemeeter could be to blame - do you have a speaker icon in your Windows taskbar? It should be to the left of the clock at the bottom right corner of the screen. Click on it and choose Mixer. The menu it brings up will have volume options for Speakers, System Sounds, Microphone, and any running apps that are making sound - such as Voicemeeter and MelonDS. It may have muted some of the other settings when you installed it. If so, just turn the volume back up on those sliders!

i just tried that, and the app itself isn't giving audio(?). i'll try disabling voicemeeter. (sorry for my "broken" english)

Edit: it was Voicemeeter's fault

My install also has no sound, but I can't find Voicemeeter on the mixer options on the sound taskbar. I am able to see MelonDS and my bluetooth headset, but no Voicemeeter
