Hi, I am new to this emulator and I would like to know how exactly do I load a save from a different emulator. I am using no$gba so I converted the .sav file to raw but it seems to not be able to be read by melonds.

As far as I know all you have to do is give the .sav file the same name as the .nds file. For instance the save file for pokemon.nds would be pokemon.sav

I have done that and it still can't load the save file

Can the converted save file be read by any other emulator?

Do you want to see what melonds says when I load the game? Like after it tries to load the save file

Is the save file in the exact same place as your rom file?

you need to export the savefile from DeSmuME to get a raw .sav that melonDS can use.

you should put the .sav in the same directory as the ROM
