You need to get npcap so it becomes a loopback adapter. Once that happens, you just have to select your network adapter and set it up for the specific DNS server you would like to use, there are multiple for Pokemon and a general one, Wiimmfi. It doesn't require anything extra other than npcap.

i just realized you apparently don't need npcap anymore so work normally, just have "bind socket to any address" on

since 0.9 you only need to disable Direct mode, then connect to melonAP in the wfc setup and follow the instructions of the wfc server you're connecting to.
