Okay so I am trying to install melon DS on my PC, i have followed the instruction on this page "https://github.com/Arisotura/melonDS" but when I try to do the compilation i have some issues at the command line "cmake .." (I have install cmake with the command : sudo snap install cmake"
it says :
antoine@antoine-lenovo-y520-15ikbm:~/build$ cmake ..
CMake Error: The source directory "/home/antoine" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt.
Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI.
So i have found a CMakeLists.txt, manually copy it in the folder and after that I had this message :
antoine@antoine-lenovo-y520-15ikbm:~/build$ cmake ..

Do you need to compile from source? There are pre-compiled Linux builds for the latest stable release both on the main page and on github.

Github commits are WIP and may not quite compile properly sometimes, let alone function properly.

Right click it, properties, go to the second tab, and check the option to allow running it as a program.
