I wager it's either the first or second fix that you need, but I'll be thorough. From least to most inconvenient fixes:
- You may be used to older Pokemon games where START opens the menu and bag. In Platinum, it's the X button. - If you are hitting the X button and nothing happens, double-check your controller settings to make sure the X button is mapped correctly. - Restart your PC. - Download the game again, but from a different source. - Start a new game. - Reinstall melonDS. - Reinstall Windows. - Buy a new computer. |
