It does that to exe's downloaded from the Internet that are not signed.
If you click Run Anyway, it shouldn't show that popup again.

Ok, Well I didn't know that Windows fact.

But why do we need to do all of these things FAQ/DS Emulation and DSi Emulation?

Ok, Well I didn't know that Windows fact.

But why do we need to do all of these things FAQ/DS Emulation and DSi Emulation?

in my case it tells my antivirus tells me "melon ds is trying to make an audio tranmision"

of course, it has code for audio output and microphone input. nothing to worry about.
