Er, basically what the title says. Am I doing it wrong? I select OpenGL, select one of the higher multipliers, return to the game but... resolution doesn't change.

- Game is Dragon Quest 4
- i5 8400 cpu, gtx 1060 3gb gpu, 16gb of ram, windows 10 64-bit winver 1903
- melonds downloaded from this website

game might be using display-capture shenanigans, which aren't supported at higher resolutions yet

Seems that's the case. I tried another game and the resolution changed! The feature does work on desmume when running this game (DQ 4), but it causes all sorts of glitches, like lines running through the graphics or flickering, so i guess that's why. However on the other game I tried MelonDS is upscaling perfectly fine.

Anyway, the MelonDS itself seems to be just great, tho. It's running th eother game like a CHAMP at 8x resolution. Hey, wanted to ask is there any way to customize the layout to have horizontal layout with one screen bigger than the other at a different ratio than the "emphasize" option already in melonDS?

Like how in desmume you can choose 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, etc ratios for the sizes of the screens in relation to each other while in horizontal mode. Basically seems like that's the only thing missing to completely replace desmume!
