The maximum I'm getting on pokemon diamond is around 135/60. The non fast-forwarded speed is about 60/60. Is there a way to increase the fast-worward speed to something like 300?

fast-forward goes as fast as the emulator can run, so no.

the upcoming JIT may help, tho.

just-in-time dynamic recompiler, which allows for faster execution
