Hi all

I'm trying to get to the NDS home screen with Pokemon Platinum in the slot for transferring to Black.

When I have Boot Game Directly OFF and load a ROM, the window is blank.

When using 0.4, the console window shows a long array of "unknown arm9 read32 [.........]"
Trying to dump with dsbf_dump.nds (Boot Game Directly ON) gives "FAT init failed"

Tried both 0.4 and 0.7.4.

Games boot fine when Boot Game Directly is ON.

What am I missing ? Do I need to touch the .bin files ? Thanks

I hope you don't mean melonDS 0.4 and 0.7.4, because those versions are ancient

if the firmware menu doesn't boot it can be due to you using a hacked firmware dump which bricks once a game saves wifi settings

Thank you much, I got 0.9 and installed Firmware and Bios and that worked
