The situation is the following: First, I can boot into the DS home menu as usual. Then, in a 4th gen Pokémon game, I setup a connection to the melonDS Wifi. This apparently chances the firmware.bin and a backup copy of the original is created. When I now reset the emulator or restart it, it won't boot into the DS home menu anymore, but instead leave me with a white screen and dozens of messages like "unknown arm7 read32 0000436C | 00001FD6".
What's the issue here and how is it possible to solve it? The reason I'd like to boot to the DS home menu is that I want to use "Download Play" on the emulator. I've already tried to send a game from an emulator to a real 3DS via "Download Play", but I didn't figured out how to setup the connection for that. So, I'm trying the same with two emulators now. |

you're using a hacked firmware that bricks when setting up WFC connections (it has the same problem on hardware).
use an original firmware dump. ____________________ Kuribo64 |
