Keeping track of little things that eventually need fixed in melonDS.


* ARM: several opcodes should be ARM9-only


* Cart hardware: can only be accessed from one CPU at a time, set in EXMEMCNT. Enforced loosely in melonDS, some places don't check EXMEMCNT.

* also the bus can only be used for ROM OR for save memory, not both (set in AUXSPICNT). Enforced loosely or not at all.


* Things that still happen magically instantly:
** SPI transfers (both firmware/TSC/powerman and save memory)
** hardware division/sqrt
** maybe other meaningless things
